Description
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a passion for coaching teams to improve their performance. You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum processes, removing impediments, and ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Assist the team in understanding and adhering to Scrum principles and practices.
- Remove impediments to the team's progress and help them become more self-organizing.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.
- Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters continuous improvement.
- Coach team members in Agile practices and mindset.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar role in Agile project management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
