The team

Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

Your work profile

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to Agile principles.

Key skills required:

• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Ensure teams follow Agile/Scrum practices and values.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress).
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
• Support scaling frameworks like SAFe/LeSS (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications

• 5–8 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams/projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Education : Any graduate
