Job Description
- Lead and manage projects endtoend using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Actively organize and enhance the agility approach across subteams.
- Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders for backlog clarity and prioritization.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth development execution.
- Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and stakeholder communication
