Role Description-

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure high-

performing, self-organizing teams. The Scrum Master will coach teams on Scrum principles, remove

impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives

Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices

Remove impediments and support the team to achieve sprint goals

Work closely with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog

Ensure transparency through Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint reports)

Protect the team from external distractions and scope creep

Promote continuous improvement and high team performance

Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization

Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders

Required Skills :

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks

Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master

Experience using Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally)

Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams

Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

Good to Have :

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM)

Experience working in Scaled Agile / SAFe environments

Knowledge of Kanban, XP, or Lean

Experience in IT / Software Development projects

Soft Skills :

Strong leadership and servant-mindset

Excellent stakeholder management
