Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum master
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software teams
- Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile principles
- Proven servant leadership mindset
- Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams
- Strong facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to guide teams toward high-quality and predictable delivery
- Customer-focused approach to product development
- Currently working at a product based organisation
Responsibilities
- Enable squads to deliver features in a predictable and sustainable manner
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices
- Partner with Product Managers to refine and prioritize the product backlog
- Remove impediments and resolve team-level blockers
- Promote self-organization, continuous learning, and continuous improvement
- Ensure clear communication between squads and stakeholders
- Act as an Agile coach and advocate across teams
