Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and continuous improvement.
• Support Product Owners in backlog prioritisation and stakeholder management.
• Drive Agile delivery using Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and PI Planning practices.
• Track and report velocity, burn-down / burn-up charts, delivery metrics, risks, and impediments.
• Remove blockers and support predictable sprint execution.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, senior leaders, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Promote Agile discipline, delivery transparency, quality standards, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years overall IT / delivery experience.
• 4+ years as Scrum Master.
• Strong experience in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Agile methodologies, and PI Planning.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing distributed / remote Agile teams.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, coaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking ability.
• Professional, flexible, collaborative, and delivery-focused approach.

Good to Have

• Experience in the Insurance domain.
• SAFe Scrum Master / CSM / PSM or equivalent Agile certification.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale Agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of delivery governance / CMMI practices.
