5–8 years of experience in software project management or Scrum Master roles.
3+ years hands on experience running Scrum ceremonies for software development teams.
Minimum 2 years experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud) in an enterprise environment, including 1 year as a Scrum Master.
Exposure to API–based automation and CI/CD pipelines - GitHub, GitHub Actions, and/or Azure DevOps pipelines in Agile delivery environments.
Strong experience in project coordination, planning, execution, and cross functional collaboration.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and within approved scope.
Ability to manage multiple parallel software development projects in a fast paced environment.
Experience handling large, complex, and integrated technical initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong meeting facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflictre solution abilities.
Experience with project estimation, budgeting awareness, and scope/quality control.
Demonstrated leadership with the ability to motivate, guide, and influence high performing teams.
Experience improving standards, processes, documentation, and team workflows.
