Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities: Capco invites applications for an experienced Agile Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master for Compute and storage, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes including Kanban and SAFe, ensuring the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions in a predictable cadence..

Required Skills: Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Facilitates Agile ceremonies and ensure the team is utilizing Scrum/SAFe ceremonies effectively to maximize value delivery.

Manage and organize the teams Azure Dev Ops (ADO) kanban board and track the team backlog of features and epics.

Communicate timelines, risks, mitigations and progress to stakeholders.

Facilitate the identification and removal of impediments to the team s progress and focus on eliminating waste and delays.

Represent the team at broader planning and coordination sessions (e.g., Scrum of Scrums ceremony).

Coach and mentor development teams and promoting the use of Agile standards and best practices.

Contribute to the advancement and improvement of agile practices within the organization.

Required Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer information technology or related field

2+ years of relevant job experience serving as a Scrum Master for a digital delivery team focused on deploying enterprise-wide software applications

Certified ScrumMaster Certification (CSM)

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in: 1) Agile Framework / Methodologies; 2) Azure DevOps (ADO); 3) Data Analysis and Interpretation;

Strong communication skills. Ability to be well-organized, clear and concise in conversations and written communications.

Self-driven, can work with minimal supervision

Ability to prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment

Team player who exhibits effective interpersonal skills with a collaborative style
