Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master / Proxy Product Owner to lead and coordinate large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives involving multiple Agile teams, architecture-driven programs, platform modernization, and integration-heavy delivery landscapes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Agile program execution, stakeholder management, backlog governance, dependency management, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires driving delivery excellence while ensuring alignment between business, product, architecture, engineering, QA, DevOps, and PMO teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile delivery across multiple parallel workstreams including architecture, platform, integration, and business initiatives.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
Act as a Proxy Product Owner by managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, and aligning business objectives with delivery goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage inter-team dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain and govern RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and drive mitigation plans.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, engineering teams, QA, and DevOps teams.
Track delivery progress, sprint metrics, release plans, and program milestones.
Provide regular status updates, executive reporting, and governance reviews.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness.
Identify and proactively resolve delivery bottlenecks and execution risks.
Support large-scale digital transformation and enterprise modernization programs.
Must-Have Skills
Agile Delivery & Scrum
Strong experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Project Manager.
Expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving sprint execution.
Strong understanding of Agile metrics, velocity tracking, burn-down charts, and release planning.
Product & Backlog Management
Experience working as a Proxy Product Owner or closely supporting Product Owners.
Expertise in backlog management, backlog refinement, user story creation, prioritization, and sprint planning.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans.
Program & Stakeholder Management
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple teams and cross-functional dependencies.
Expertise in RAID management and governance.
Strong risk management, issue resolution, and escalation management capabilities.

Master's Degree preferred.
