We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Scrum Master cum Business Analyst with 23 years of experience to facilitate Agile processes while also gathering and analyzing business requirements. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring smooth project delivery and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Ensure the team follows Agile/Scrum best practices and principles
- Remove impediments and foster a productive team environment
- Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and team performance
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver solutions
- Conduct gap analysis and process mapping
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables
- Maintain proper documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 23 years of experience
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus
- Experience in handling cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of basic data analysis tools (Excel, SQL)
