Responsibilities

Scrum Facilitation & Agile Coaching

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint

Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement

• Coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum values, principles, and Agile mindset
• Guide the team in self-organization, cross-functionality, and accountability
• Educate the organization on Agile ways of working and drive Agile maturity
• 3–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software delivery environments
• Experience working with distributed, cross-functional, and multi-vendor teams

Team Enablement & Impediment Removal Identify, track, and remove impediments that hinder team progress

• Shield the team from external disruptions and unplanned interruptions
• Foster a psychologically safe environment that encourages open communication, feedback, and experimentation
• Support team well-being, engagement, and continuous learning Product Owner Collaboration
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog management, story refinement, and prioritization
