Scrum Master - Associate

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with 3 to 5 years working in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills to guide Agile teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is an added advantage.
• Ability to remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Track and report team performance metrics.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and principles.
• Help identify and resolve blockers to progress.
