Role : Scrum Master (SAFe Agile)
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure effective sprint execution.
- Work within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment, supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and ensuring alignment with program increments (PI).
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team delivery, ensuring smooth sprint progress.
- Drive adoption and adherence to Agile and SAFe best practices across the development teams.
- Monitor and track team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics, ensuring transparency in project status.
- Support teams in following Agile SDLC processes and contribute to continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of program objectives.
- Promote a high-performing Agile culture, encouraging collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Desired Profile:
- 610 years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong hands-on experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and Agile SDLC.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery teams.
- Exposure to Agile Release Trains (ART), Program Increment (PI) planning, and SAFe practices is preferred.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams is must.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- SAFe / Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM) will be preferred.
