Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve blockers to maintain team momentum.
• Coach teams on Agile practices and guide adoption of Agile methodologies.
• Foster collaboration, build trust, and encourage transparency across teams.
• Track and monitor performance metrics such as velocity and burndown charts to guide improvements.
• Enable tooling support, automation, and reporting tools to streamline workflows.
• Promote empathy, stewardship, and community building within teams.
