Scrum Master

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Scrum Master to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework, with the ability to facilitate team collaboration and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.

Ensure adherence to Agile and Scrum best practices.

Identify and remove impediments to enable smooth sprint execution.

Monitor sprint progress and report on key performance metrics.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

6 months to 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, or similar role.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Preferred:

Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
