Job Summary

We are looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager who has mandatorily transitioned from a Software Developer role to Scrum Master. The candidate must have strong Agile experience and good technical knowledge of .NET and C#.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile practices
• Remove impediments and support sprint delivery
• Work with Product Owners and stakeholders
• Track sprints and delivery using JIRA / Azure DevOps

Mandatory Skills

• Prior hands-on experience as a Software Developer
• Proven transition from Developer to Scrum Master (MANDATE)
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / SDLC
• Technical understanding of .NET and C#

Good to Have

• Scrum certification (CSM / PSM)
• DevOps / CI-CD exposure
