Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Scrum Master with 2+ years of experience to facilitate Agile delivery across fintech and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure effective sprint execution, coach teams on Agile best practices, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach team members on Agile and Scrum best practices
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution
- Work closely with Product Owners to refine backlog and prioritize tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
- Support delivery of AI/ML, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure project alignment with compliance and regulatory standards in banking/fintech
- Track sprint progress, metrics, and team velocity
- Promote continuous improvement within the team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred
- Experience working on banking or fintech projects
- Exposure to AI/ML, data platforms, or automation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
- Good understanding of Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
