7–10+ years of experience in program management or technical project delivery.
Strong experience with one or more enterprise MDM platforms.
Transitioning from Org 62 to Informatica.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Experienced in at least in one of the following engagements - Data Projects, Data Management, Data Governance
Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maintain team focus and productivity.
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and define clear, actionable user stories.
Monitor sprint progress using metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and capacity planning.
Promote transparency and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
Support cross-team coordination and alignment in multi-team environments.
