YOUR ROLE
As a
Scrum Coordinator at Aptiv, you will enable
multiple agile teams to deliver effectively by
actively coaching Agile and Scrum practices. This role goes beyond facilitation and focuses on
continuous improvement, dependency management, and enterprise‑level agility.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach teams on Scrum and Agile practices, ensuring consistent adoption beyond ceremonies
- Facilitate sprint, program, and cross‑team agile ceremonies as required
- Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across multiple agile teams
- Drive measurable improvements in delivery predictability and team effectiveness
- Use Agile tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello to support planning, tracking, and transparency
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering or IT preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Agile Delivery roles
- Hands‑on experience coaching teams in Scrum, XP, or scaled Agile environments
- Experience working with multiple teams or program‑level Agile delivery
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics, backlog management, and continuous improvement practices
