Script Writer (Faceless Long-Form YouTube Channel)

We're hiring experienced Script Writers for a faceless, long-form YouTube channel in the Christian / Jesus-based narrative niche.

This is a system-driven, execution-focused role. AI tools are part of the workflow your responsibility is to structure, refine, and elevate scripts for long-form narration.

Channel Theme & Niche

• Jesus-centric narratives
• Faith-based inspiration and reflection
• Calm, story-driven long-form content

Sample / Reference Channel (for tone & pacing): Daily Jesus Devotional (Shared only for style reference not for copying.)

Role: Script Writer (Long-Form YouTube)

What You'll Do

• Use AI tools to generate first drafts
• Edit and refine scripts for 3045+ minute videos
• Ensure strong flow, pacing, and narrative clarity
• Remove repetition, fluff, and weak transitions
• Write scripts that are voiceover-friendly
• Follow strict templates and SOPs
• Deliver 50 long-form scripts per month consistently

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of experience in scriptwriting or long-form writing
• Prior experience with YouTube or narration scripts preferred

What This Role Is NOT

• Not opinion writing
• Not preaching or personal interpretation
• Not short-form or creative experimentation

This is a process-driven writing role.

Compensation (INR)

Base Pay:

• 45,000 65,000 per month (for 50 scripts/month)

Additional Monthly Bonus (Performance-Based):

• Based on script quality
• Based on the number of views your content generates on YouTube
