About the Role:

We're looking for a Screenplay Writer who loves storytelling, understands drama, and can craft high-retention episodic content. If you're someone who can turn ideas into gripping scripts with strong hooks and cliffhangers, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Write engaging, episodic screenplays
• Build compelling story arcs, emotional beats, and cliffhangers that keep audiences hooked
• Collaborate with senior writers, creative producers, and editors in a fast-paced writers room
• Adapt concepts and stories into structured screenplay formats

What We're Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience in scriptwriting, storytelling, or content writing
• Strong command over Hindi (written & spoken)
• Solid understanding of story structure, pacing, and character development
• Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and meet tight deadlines
