Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and system demonstrations for clients.
Prepare key project documentation including FRD, FDD, User Guides, and Fit-Gap analysis.
Design and implement functional solutions for customizations, reports, and system integrations.
Support data migration using data entities, ensuring business process alignment.
Configure system setups such as number sequences, dimensions, ledger settings, and tax setups.
Perform testing of functional and integrated modules to ensure process accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery across all lifecycle phases.
