Job Responsibilities and Major Activities / Tasks:
- Ensure compliance to Supply chain management Systems, calculation of logistics expenses, budgeting of logistics and its execution.
- Supporting new projects in containers concept / design approval, container ordering, logistic concept calculation and agreement with customer, master-log update.
- Ensure Management of supply through delivery forecast based on production plans, stock level and customer orders.
- Responsible to maintain adequate stocks by analyses of production plans and reports and planning of stock quantity accordingly, customer and internal targets.
- Organize warehouse activity by determination of kinds of warehouse, location and size of warehouse, necessary for storage of material and technical resources and manufactured goods; organization of resources and goods transfer process within the company.
- Organization of customs processing and clearance of goods only for BOP.
- Trolley management, starting from procurement based on BP data and finishing by disposal keeping right maintenance during the whole live
- Management of production planning based on customer demands and stock level criteria
- Communication with customer for supply chain topics
- Management of internal logistics, including FL maintenance with support of respective departments
- Risk management by provision of insurance of equipment, goods, stock, materials, cargo, transport operator responsibility; organization of arrangements of goods protection in transporting, storage and rearrangement within the company).
- Responsible for waste Management in Team for disposal of waste generated in Material & Logistics Dept
- Responsible for EHS communication with external person as well as legal authority.
- Ensure availability of resources for implementation of EMS, QMS & 5S system
- Ensures implementation of EMS, QMS & 5S system for the department.
