Role Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Oracle Supply Planning and Demand Planning modules
• Understand client needs and deliver functional specs and solutions
• Manage Fusion SCM setups: items, GOP, work areas, resources
• Perform UAT, provide resolutions, and track SLA/KPI adherence

Key Deliverables:

• End-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud support and enhancements
• Process documentation and training materials
• UAT test cases and business sign-off
• Timely issue resolution and root cause analysis
