About the Position

We are seeking a candidate to support end-to-end validations and cost optimization of new and

existing diagnostic assays, including both NGS and non-NGS–based platforms. This role requires

strong hands-on laboratory expertise and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated genomics

environment.

Job Requirements and Required Skills:

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in molecular diagnostics or clinical genomics laboratory settings.
  • Practical expertise in nucleic acid extraction (DNA/RNA), quantification, QC, and library preparation for NGS workflows. Basic knowledge in handling instruments like PCR thermal cycler, qPCR, Tapestation, Qubit, Gel Electrophoresis
  • Experience working with both NGS and non-NGS platforms (e.g., PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR, Sanger sequencing, microarray or other molecular assays) will be considered as an added advantage to the role .
  • Familiarity with end-to-end assay validation processes. Experience with cost optimization, workflow efficiency improvements, and process standardization is highly desirable.
  • Strong documentation skills, including protocol development, validation reports, and SOP writing.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret experimental data and troubleshoot technical issues . Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across R&D, operations, and quality teams.
  • The candidate should be able to work with multiple projects and should be a good team player
