Position: Scientific Training Executive

Job Title: Scientific Training Executive.

Location: Mumbai.

Department: Medical Affairs.

Reports to: Cluster Medical Head, Medical Affairs.

Employment Type: Full-time.

Job Summary:

As a Scientific Training Executive, the role is to develop knowledge and skills of sales force across different Business Units. The role is to deliver training sessions, encompassing, but not limited to, knowledge on therapy area, product, guidelines, comparison with competitor molecules and role-plays to augment in clinic effectiveness. The role also requires collaboration with training/medical department wrt development of training manuals/slides, as well as capability assessment (pre and post training).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support Capability Development:

• Collaborate with Medical, Training and Business Teams and implement Training Strategies
• Conduct Medical Sessions - Induction programs for new joinees as well as periodic Refreshers
• Support design & delivery of customized learning interventions to address identified gaps
• Conduct training initiatives aimed at developing field force members into subject matter experts for improved in-clinic performance

Leveraging Digital Technology in Training and Innovation:

• Utilize digital technologies for Training Delivery ensuring maximum reach and engagement
• Utilize various digital learning through various platforms, including mobile learning apps
• Provide regular knowledge updates and assessment through various digital channels
• Conduct quizzes and interactive activities to reinforce learning and assess knowledge retention
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in Training requirements and business needs

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) – 0-2 yr experience
• Master of Pharmacy (M Pharm) – 0-2 yr experience
