SUBJECT- SCIENCE
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Hindi language and literature to students from Grades 6 to 10 as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and conduct engaging and interactive classes.
- Evaluate and assess students progress through classwork, assignments, and examinations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of student performance and academic progress.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning.
- Prepare and conduct Hindi language activities, competitions, and projects to enhance student interest.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and academic coordinators to plan curriculum and co-curricular activities.
- Required Qualifications & Skills:Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hindi (Hons) or relevant subject with B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- Certification:
- CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) Paper II cleared (Mandatory)
- Experience:
- Minimum 13 years of teaching experience at the middle or secondary school level. (Freshers with strong subject knowledge and CTET may also apply.)
- Skills:
- Strong command over Hindi grammar and literature.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to use modern teaching aids and digital tools.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
- Preferred Attributes:Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and exam pattern.
- Ability to integrate values and cultural elements into language teaching.
- Responsible, punctual, and dedicated to the teaching profession.
