Science Teacher

Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Science Teacher at Ouranos Odysea. The Science Teacher will design and deliver engaging science lessons, covering subjects such as PCMB AND IT while ensuring content aligns with curriculum objectives. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to cater to diverse student needs. The role also involves fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment to inspire academic enthusiasm and curiosity in students.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Science Education, with expertise in PCMB AND IT
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and delivering structured, effective lessons
• Certified as a Qualified Teacher with demonstrated teaching experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and support students
• Ability to work independently in a remote teaching environment
• Experience working with international students or diverse learner groups is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's degree is an advantage
