Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Science Teacher role based in Pilukhera. The Science Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons in Physics, Chemistry, and/or Biology for students preparing for NTSE, IIT-JEE, NEET, and foundation-level exams. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating lesson plans, explaining complex scientific concepts, conducting classroom discussions, and using examples and practice problems to strengthen understanding. The teacher will regularly assess student performance through tests, assignments, and doubt-clearing sessions, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records. The role also involves collaborating with other faculty members, participating in curriculum planning, and supporting students exam strategies and study habits.

Qualifications

• Strong subject knowledge in Science (Physics, Chemistry, and/or Biology) relevant to NTSE, IIT-JEE, NEET, and foundation-level curricula.
• Ability to design and deliver structured lesson plans, practice problems, and exam-focused study materials.
• Effective classroom management, clear communication skills, and the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple, logical manner.
• Experience conducting tests, evaluating student performance, and providing individualized academic guidance.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field; qualification from a reputed institute (e.g., IIT) is an advantage.
• Prior teaching or coaching experience in competitive exam preparation is preferred.
• Comfort working on-site in Pilukhera, with a commitment to full-time teaching hours and academic calendars.
• Strong work ethic, student-centered approach, and willingness to collaborate with faculty and management on academic initiatives.
