Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Teacher located in Mogalturu. The School Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, delivering engaging and effective lessons to students, and evaluating student progress. The role also involves fostering a positive learning environment, communicating with students and parents, and contributing to teacher training sessions. The teacher will ensure that all students are encouraged and supported in their educational journey.

• Proficient in Lesson Planning and Educational content development
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Teaching and Training
• Ability to foster a positive learning environment and motivate students
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability in working with students of diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of modern teaching methods and tools is an advantage
