A dynamic role in the Education Technology & K-12 school sales sector, focused on driving adoption of learning solutions, student-enrichment programs, and institutional services across India. This position requires an on-site, field-driven sales leader who can build trusted relationships with school leadership and convert pilots into sustained contracts.
We are hiring a School Sales Manager to own territory growth, execute customer-facing demos and workshops, and exceed revenue and enrollment targets through consultative selling and school partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for assigned schools and districtsprospect, demo, pilot, negotiate, close, and onboard contracts.
- Develop and execute a territory plan to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Build strong relationships with principals, school owners, academic coordinators, and district decision-makers to drive adoption and renewals.
- Design and deliver onsite product demonstrations, teacher workshops, and pilot programs to showcase impact and secure conversions.
- Coordinate with onboarding, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, CRM records, sales forecasts, and competitive intelligence; report KPIs to leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven track record in institutional or K-12 sales with demonstrable closures.
- Strong negotiation and contract-closing capability with school decision-makers.
- Experience managing a sales territory and achieving targets through field activities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) for pipeline management.
- Ability to run effective onsite demos, teacher trainings, and stakeholder workshops.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across assigned regions in India.
Preferred
- Prior experience selling edtech products, curricula, or school services.
- Existing relationships with school networks, bundles, or regional education boards.
- MBA or formal sales training/certification.
