Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Principal based in Noida. The School Principal will lead and oversee all academic and administrative functions of the school, including curriculum development, faculty management, student performance, and maintaining high educational and operational standards.
Responsibilities include setting strategic goals, ensuring alignment with international teaching practices, providing guidance to staff, fostering a positive school culture, and cultivating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
The Principal will represent the school in interactions with parents, stakeholders, and the wider community to ensure the highest standards of education and holistic student development are maintained.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Curriculum Development and Educational Leadership
- Exceptional Communication and collaboration skills to engage with students, staff, and parents
- Experience working with Middle and Senior School education and a deep understanding of child development
- Proven experience in academic administration and managing an educational institution
- Ability to inspire and lead a team of educators while promoting a positive learning culture
- Relevant degree in Education, Leadership, or a related field; a Master's degree or higher is preferred
