About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and visionaryPrincipalto lead ourpartner K12 school campuses (English and Gujarati Medium)in Dholka, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, academic excellence, and a passion for holistic education. This role involves driving overall school performance from academics and operations to staff development and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Leadership
- Develop and implement effective academic programs aligned with NEP 2020, ensuring high-quality learning outcomes for both English and Gujarati Medium sections.
- Guide teachers in curriculum planning, pedagogy, and assessment.
- Promote innovation, inquiry-based learning, and continuous improvement.
2. Administration & Operations
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with education board and local authority regulations.
- Manage budgets, resources, and infrastructure efficiently.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and operational excellence across both campuses.
3. Faculty Leadership & Development
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and administrative staff.
- Conduct regular teacher training and professional development programs.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
4. Student Development & Well-being
- Ensure holistic development through academics, sports, arts, and co-curricular activities.
- Build systems for student discipline, welfare, and emotional well-being.
- Encourage creativity, leadership, and active participation among students.
5. Parent & Community Relations
- Establish transparent communication channels with parents and stakeholders.
- Represent the school at community events, education fairs, and forums.
- Contribute to school marketing, branding, and admissions initiatives.
6. Strategic Leadership
- Lead initiatives to improve academic results and institutional reputation.
- Collaborate with management on strategic planning and new program implementation.
- Align school objectives with the broader organizational mission.
Qualifications & Experience:- Master's degree in Education / School Leadership / Administration (B.Ed. mandatory).
- Minimum1015 yearsof experience in K12 education, includingat least 5 years in a principal or leadership role.
- Experience in managingboth English and Gujarati Mediumschools preferred.
- Strong understanding of CBSE/GSEB frameworks and NEP 2020 implementation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
