We are board-neutral (CBSE / ICSE / State / PU), mother-tongue supported, and teacher-first. We are now launching institutional pilots and need a builder to lead them.

THE ROLE
This is not a sales job. This is not a support job. This is a builder's job.
As School Partnerships Manager, you are the single point of contact in every pilot institution. You identify the right schools and colleges, earn the trust of the principal and teachers, run the 8 to 10 week pilot end-to-end, coordinate with our tech lead on product feedback, and lead the conversion to a full paying account.
At the end of every pilot, you submit a detailed written outcome report to PupilTree.ai leadership — a professional document that becomes part of our institutional case study library.
You own the complete journey — from first call to final report to signed agreement.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Identify and Qualify Pilot Institutions
- Research and shortlist schools, PU colleges, and coaching centres.
- Assess each institution for fit — student strength, board type, and technology readiness.
- Prioritise your pipeline based on conversion potential and strategic value.
2. Run the Full 8 to 10 Week Pilot
- Weeks 1–2 (Setup): Present PupilOS to leadership; complete teacher onboarding and curriculum mapping.
- Weeks 3–6 (Habit Building): Ensure daily usage of PupilLearn; monitor engagement data and conduct check-ins.
- Weeks 7–9 (Insight Generation): Track improvement signals (ThinkPrint); gather qualitative feedback from stakeholders.
- Week 10 (Proof and Conversion): Present full pilot outcomes and data walkthrough; lead the commercial conversation and contract terms.
3. Submit the Detailed Pilot Outcome Report
- Deliver a comprehensive written report covering student engagement, teacher adoption, and learning outcomes (ThinkPrint data).
- Document challenges encountered and resolutions.
- Provide a conversion recommendation and proposed commercial structure.
4. Coordinate with the Tech Lead
- Serve as the ground-level feedback channel to the engineering team.
- Translate classroom friction into clear, actionable product improvement inputs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years in EdTech B2B — selling to or implementing at schools, PU colleges, or coaching centres.
- Note: Consumer EdTech experience (B2C) does not qualify.
- Proven track record of managing institutional accounts from first meeting through to renewal.
Preferred Background
- Ex-BYJU'S Schools vertical, Extramarks, Classplus, Teachmint, Tata ClassEdge, or Pearson in an institutional role.
- Former teachers who transitioned into EdTech account management are highly valued.
Skills and Attributes
- English: Primary working language for all reports and internal communication.
- Local Language Proficiency: Preferred for effective school conversations within the region.
- Analytical Writing: Ability to produce professional-standard pilot outcome reports.
- Data Literacy: Comfortable reading dashboards and presenting data to stakeholders.
- Independence: A self-starter who manages their own schedule and builds processes from the ground up.
