Role Description

The School Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the school's facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment. Responsibilities include managing maintenance staff, coordinating repair and upkeep of the school infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram.

Qualifications

  • Experience in facilities management, maintenance, and safety compliance
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management abilities
  • Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergencies efficiently
  • Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with compliance standards, health, and safety regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
