The Admin of Compliance and School Information Systems reports to the principal and serves as the leader of school compliance and school information systems. The Admin plays an active role in ensuring that school compliance documents are collected in accordance with state, local and central guidance and leads a team of Compliance Support Specialists.
Essential Functions:
Designs, implements, monitors and maintains the effective integration of data between various data sources and school information systems
Responsible for school attendance reporting and reporting required for school audits and oversight.
Oversees team of regional school compliance specialists.
Monitors effectiveness of school compliance and attendance collection processes
Prepares and shares reports on statistical data related to compliance and attendance
Prepares and shares reports with business department to help with ordering system account creation
Serves as school liaison to back office support contractors
Ensures auditing standards are met in the area of work sample collection and attendance reporting
Keeps up to date on business application development and implementation, trends in K12 data-based systems and systems compatibility and methodologies, and attends training classes as necessary.
Maintains appropriate communications with state and local agencies and a variety of representative groups
Prepares complex financial and statistical computer spreadsheets and public presentations for school leadership, board and stakeholders
Prepares trainings for school staff on compliance matters.
Oversees the compliance end of the teacher check out process at end of semester 1 and 2
Other duties as assigned.
Recording information in an organized manner so that it can be easily retrieved by others in the future.
Preparing agendas and materials for meetings and conferences, including arranging travel arrangements and maintaining records of attendees
Coordinating office activities such as ordering supplies, arranging catering services at events, or setting up conference rooms.
Performing clerical tasks such as answering phones, filing documents, typing letters, and maintaining records
Maintaining computer spreadsheets with student and teacher information for easy reference
Making copies of classroom materials for teachers to use in their lessons
Ensuring that school facilities are clean and safe for students and staff members
Managing the flow of paperwork within the school system
Need to perform outdoor duties related to school administration.
PDC Tracking and follow-up.
ERP smooth functioning.
Transport safety event management
Interface between management & school head.
The post-holder will from time to time be required to undertake other duties of a similar nature as reasonably required by the PRINCIPAL.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Education, Business or Computer Science and five years of leadership experience in school attendance, compliance reporting and school information systems. Computer literacy
