Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Scheduling Test Engineer with strong expertise in Stonebranch and batch scheduling tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in batch migration testing from tools like ESP, Control-M, Autosys, Active Batch, or similar scheduling platforms to Stonebranch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform batch migration testing from legacy scheduling tools (ESP, Control-M, Autosys, Active Batch, etc.) to Stonebranch.
- Validate job scheduling workflows, dependencies, triggers, and execution results after migration.
- Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for batch job migrations.
- Identify, track, and report defects and issues during migration testing.
- Work closely with development, migration, and operations teams to ensure smooth transition to Stonebranch.
- Perform functional testing, regression testing, and integration testing for scheduling workflows.
- Monitor batch job executions and ensure data integrity and process accuracy after migration.
- Prepare test reports and documentation for stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 48 years of experience in software testing or batch scheduling testing.
- Hands-on experience with Stonebranch scheduling tool.
- Experience with scheduling tools such as ESP, Control-M, Autosys, Active Batch, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of batch job scheduling, workflows, dependencies, and automation processes.
- Experience in migration testing and validation.
- Basic understanding of Unix/Linux and scripting.
