Key Responsibilities

Manage software distribution (SWD) using SCCM / ConfigMgr
Perform patch management and ensure timely deployment of updates
Troubleshoot software deployment and patching failures
Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) for SCCM-related activities
Deploy SCCM clients and handle related issues
Generate reports for software distribution and patching status
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
Maintain documentation for deployment processes and configurations
