Job Description:-

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage SCCM solution for Patch Management & Software Asset Management

Handle primary/secondary servers and distribution points

Approve, test, and distribute patches

Troubleshoot and resolve SCCM/Intune issues

Performance optimization of SCCM infrastructure

Ensure patching compliance on endpoints and servers

Prepare RCA for major incidents

Maintain and update SOPs and Knowledge Base

Provide technical support for SCCM deployment & configuration

Monitor SCCM/Intune 247

Resolve tickets within SLA

Generate reports, identify frequent issues, and implement fixes

Collaborate with deployment teams

Support maintenance, upgrade, and cleanup of SCCM/Intune

Required Skills / Experience:

Strong experience with Microsoft SCCM

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Intune

Patch management and compliance experience

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Ability to work in a hybrid environment

Strong documentation & SOP creation.
