Key Responsibilities
- Head Sales and Marketing operations for the Multispecialty and Acute segment
- Manage a field force of approximately 650 employees and a business volume up to INR 370 Crores
- Plan and execute successful new product launches and introduce new molecules
- Strengthen existing brands through innovative promotional activities and lifecycle management
- Recruit, train, and develop a complete sales and marketing team for the division
- Guide and mentor the team to achieve targets and incentives effectively
- Drive high PCPM and ensure achievement of business and sales objectives
- Own and manage P&L, including budgeting, top-line growth, and bottom-line profitability
- Develop and execute strategic business plans with effective distribution and administrative control
- Ensure execution excellence through monitoring, performance tracking, and corrective actions
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Science or Pharmacy with an MBA in Sales and Marketing
- 20 to 25 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing
- Minimum 3 to 4 years as BU Head / SBU Head Sales & Marketing handling Multispecialty / Acute segment
- Proven ability in P&L management, budgeting, and top-line / bottom-line accountability
- Strong experience in launching new products, introducing new molecules, and executing innovative promotional strategies
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and developing large sales teams
- Strong strategic thinking, execution capability, and administrative control
