Job Description
As an Executive in the SBAPL Field Staff, you will be responsible for managing and executing field operations in line with the company's strategic objectives. You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of process orientation and channel sales skills. Your role will involve working closely with various departments, managing relationships with clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of field activities.

Principal Accountabilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to effectively promote and sell the companys range of productsbr Achieve and exceed sales targets through the implementation of effective sales strategies and a high level of process orientationbr Manage and execute field operations in alignment with the companys strategic objectives ensuring all activities are conducted efficientlybr Demonstrate a high level of process orientation and channel sales skills to optimize sales performance and client satisfactionbr Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of field activities facilitating effective communication and coordinationbr Manage client relationships by ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded fostering longterm partnershipsbr Utilize business and commercial acumen to identify opportunities for growth and improvement contributing to the companys successbr Demonstrate a global mindset by understanding and respecting cultural differences working effectively with people from diverse backgroundsbr Employ entrepreneurial skills to innovate and drive the company forward exploring new avenues for business developmentbr Exhibit people excellence by managing and leading teams effectively fostering a positive and productive work environmentbr Apply problemsolving skills to overcome challenges and obstacles ensuring the smooth operation of field activitiesbr Utilize MS Office to manage and organize data create reports and communicate effectively with team members and clients
