Saviynt IGA Lead Implementer / Saviynt Solution Architect (Hands-On)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Saviynt IGA Lead Implementer who has successfully delivered end-to-end Saviynt implementations and can work hands-on in Saviynt configuration and development. This role is not limited to high-level architecture the candidate must configure Saviynt modules, onboard applications, build workflows, troubleshoot issues, and lead junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Implementation

Lead Saviynt implementation from requirements to production go-live.

Design and implement User Lifecycle Management (JML), Access Request Management, Certifications, Role Management, and Privileged Access Governance.

Implement RBAC models, SOD policies, and compliance controls.

Perform application onboarding and data reconciliation.

Hands-On Configuration

Configure workflows, rules, forms, connectors, and email templates in Saviynt.

Integrate Saviynt with AD, Azure AD, LDAP, SAP, HR systems, databases, and APIs.

Write SQL queries and support REST API integrations.

Troubleshoot provisioning, certification, and connector issues.

Architecture and Delivery

Prepare HLD and LLD documents.

Design scalable Saviynt architecture.

Lead build activities and review junior engineers work.

Ensure best practices, security, and performance optimization.

Client Engagement

Run requirement workshops and solution design sessions.

Demonstrate Saviynt solutions to stakeholders.

Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams.

Act as Saviynt SME during implementation and support.

Team Leadership

Guide and mentor junior Saviynt engineers.

Assign configuration tasks and review deliverables.

Support troubleshooting and technical escalations.

Required Experience

510+ years IAM experience.

Minimum 3+ years hands-on Saviynt implementation experience.

Completed at least 12 Saviynt implementations from scratch.

Experience onboarding multiple enterprise applications.

Experience with production go-live and hypercare support.

Required Key Skills

Saviynt modules configuration (ULM, ARM, Certifications, Role Management).

IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, JML lifecycle, SOD.

SQL, REST APIs, JSON/XML.

AD, Azure AD, LDAP, HR system integrations.

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Saviynt Certified Engineer or Architect.

Experience with SailPoint, Okta, or other IGA tools.

Experience in large enterprise IAM transformation projects is a plus.
