Hiring an SAP Work Zone for HR Consultant to design and manage digital workplace and HR portal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage SAP Work Zone for HR solutions
• Configure HR content, workflows, and digital workplace features
• Integrate Work Zone with SuccessFactors and S/4HANA
• Customize UI/UX and role-based access
• Enhance employee self-service and HR portal experience
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Work Zone or SAP BTP Portal
• Strong experience in HR digital workplace solutions
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors and S/4HANA integrations
• Experience in UI customization and role-based access
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
