Roles And Responsibilities
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Implement and configure SAP WM module according to project requirements.
- Set up warehouse processes, storage types, storage bins, and movement types.
- Define and configure inbound and outbound processes, including goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Configure RF (Radio Frequency) devices and interfaces.
- Test, support, and train end-users.
- Document configuration and procedures.
- Upgrade and enhance the system as needed.
- Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather warehouse processes and pain points.
- Collaborate with warehouse personnel to understand their operations and challenges.
- Industry Experience: Experience in specific industries, such as manufacturing, retail, or logistics, can be beneficial.
- SAP S/4HANA: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its implications for WM is valuable.
Required Skills And Experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and processes.
- Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP WM module.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in project management and delivery.
- Certification in SAP WM is preferred.
