Role: SAP UI5 / Fiori Developer
We are looking for a highly experienced
Senior SAP UI5 / Fiori Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade SAP Fiori applications. The candidate should be capable of leading UI design discussions, mentoring team members, and working closely with functional and backend teams in S/4HANA environments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Solution Owners, Product Owners, and Architects to design and implement SAP solutions
- Drive and challenge supplier's deliveries
- Evaluate workloads, impacts, and risks of SAP solutions
- Review and contribute to project deliverables with compliance to the Quality Plan
- Provide technical excellence, support, and quality throughout all project stages
Key Qualifications
- 810 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori
Extensive experience developing
SAP Fiori Elements and Freestyle UI5 applications
Strong proficiency in
JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and UI5 framework concepts
Solid experience in
OData services (consumption, integration, troubleshooting)
Hands-on experience with
SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and/or
Web IDE
Strong understanding of
MVC architecture, UI5 lifecycle, and best practices
Experience in
custom Fiori app development and enhancement of standard apps
Ability to collaborate effectively with
ABAP, functional, and integration teams
Experience in
UI performance optimization and responsive design
Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with
SAP S/4HANA Fiori implementations and rollouts
Knowledge of
ABAP for UI5 (debugging, understanding backend logic)
Experience with
Fiori Launchpad configuration, catalogs, groups, and roles
Exposure to
SAP BTP and cloud-based UI5 applications
Familiarity with
SAP Fiori UX and design guidelines
Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small UI teams
Experience working in
Agile/Scrum environments
