SAP TM Functional Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Be responsible for the successful delivery of the SAP TM module related deliverables in SAP and S4 HANA implementation, support and upgrade projects to meet engagement objectives and budget.
• Generate new business opportunities in SAP TM across geographies and industries.
• Assists clients in the selection, and implementation of SAP TM.
• Demonstrate in-depth SAP TM capabilities and possess strong business acumen for the Supply Chain industry.
• Lead design workshops with the client and be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis, writing function specification, configuration, testing and cutover activities for both standalone SAP system and embedded SAP TM in S4 HANA.
• Handle various industry specific complex TM scenarios like shipper, logistics service providers and carriers.
• Work with sales team, write proposals, define SAP TM scope and effort estimation for the new opportunities and present SAP TM capability to the potential client.
• Expand opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutioning.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge.
• Support and develop cutting-edge points of view and articles that drives Accenture equity in the market.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Act as a mentor to ensure team aspirations on career growth are balanced with the firm's expectations.
• Build the right talent through robust training sessions.
• Develop and expand S/4HANA Supply Chain professional skills through continuous learning.
