Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP TM Consultant (Transportation Management) to design, develop, and enhance software solutions across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business understanding to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an SME in SAP TM, driving design, development, and maintenance of custom solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Lead team activities and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Take ownership of key technical and functional decisions
- Solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions across teams
- Mentor junior members, conduct code reviews, and improve development processes while ensuring seamless system integration.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP TM
- Strong expertise in SAP TM along with solid understanding of logistics and transportation processes
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies with proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical issues effectively
- Hands-on experience with system integration (APIs, middleware) and enterprise application architecture
- Capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
