Sap Test Manager

Responsible for managing end-to-end SAP/ERP testing processes across multiple projects. Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies, automation frameworks, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Drive governance, post-implementation reviews, and continuous improvement of testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Management:

• Understand project requirements and ensure BPSDs, SRs, and test impact assessments are up-to-date.
• Plan, prepare, execute, track, and report on end-to-end testing cycles for multiple SAP projects.
• Manage defect life cycle from identification to closure.
• Oversee changes scheduled for weekly and monthly releases.
• Review and approve test documentation, scope, and plans.

Test Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Evaluate automation scripts and ensure their effective usage.
• Ensure testing processes and standards are adhered to across projects.

Post Execution & Implementation Reviews:

• Conduct post-execution reviews in ALM and ensure MM controls coverage.
• Review RTs post-deployment, highlight anomalies, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Create and manage test strategy documents, test plans, test reports, and defect tracking records.
• Track and report testing anomalies, corrective, and preventive actions.

Tools & Automation:

• Hands-on experience with ALM, RLE, TOSCA, and UFT for test management and automation.

Governance & Service Improvement:

• Track, monitor, and report test management milestones, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Propose and implement improvements to testing processes, tools, and services to enhance quality and efficiency.
