SAP Technical Project Manager-Central Finance

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Project Manager to lead S/4HANA Central Finance programs across complex, multi-system landscapes. This role involves program governance, delivery execution, stakeholder management, and financial control.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Central Finance programs, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

Manage delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models depending on workstream requirements.

Govern Central Finance architecture and integration, including ECC / non-SAP source systems to S/4HANA.

Oversee SLT-based replication, data harmonisation, reconciliation, and error resolution at a program level.

Act as the primary interface between Finance stakeholders, SAP technical teams, vendors, and system integrators.

Provide regular, structured status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.

Lead SIT, UAT, parallel run, and cutover planning for Central Finance initiatives.

Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking, partnering with application and finance leaders.

Own project artifacts including dashboards, RAID logs, schedules, leadership report outs, and documentation.
