Job Description
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
- Drive solution design, configuration, and integration of FI and CO modules with other SAP areas.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate needs into system solutions.
- Oversee configuration of key finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Controlling, COPA, and Product Costing.
- Ensure alignment of S/4HANA best practices with business processes and compliance standards.
- Manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with technical and functional consultants, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Lead fit-gap analysis, testing (SIT & UAT), data migration, and cutover activities.
- Provide expert-level support, troubleshoot critical issues, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare project documentation, training materials, and facilitate user training sessions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for finance process owners and senior management.
